Frances is the most knowledgeable and friendly realtor I have ever worked with. She has been our realtor for both of our purchases and sales and will still be the person we go to when we are ready to make the journey again. She is always there with answers and unlike some other realtors, she is always responsive and there when you need her. She handles it all for you, with very little stress throughout the entire process. I recommend Frances 100% if you are looking to buy or purchase a home.

She is incredibly knowledgeable of the South Florida market and was able to target a price for the listing which resulted in multiple offers within the first 48 hours of the listing. From the initial stages of the listing, to developing the marketing for the property, to handling the closing she was incredible. I live over 2000 miles away and Frances made me feel like I was physically present in South Florida throughout all stages of the sale. She handled the showing, inspection and closing and all went off without a hitch. What I initially worried would be an anxiety and stress filled process given that I live on the west coast she quickly transformed into the most painless, least anxiety provoking transaction I've ever entered into.
