When she first showed us the home, I was not available to go, so she only showed my boyfriend. When I was available to go, she was not, however, she still made it possible for me to see it! Once we decided to put an offer in she helped us decide what was right for us. There was some back and forth between us and the seller, but she helped us get the best price we could for our dream home! Francesca was by our side through the inspection, final walk through, closing and every other step of the process. We had a difficult go with the seller we were dealing with but she was always happy and cheerful and made us feel better about everything. Francesca was respectful to us and I truly enjoyed working with her. If anyone is looking to buy a house she is the person to go through! She will make the experience very enjoyable! She went above and beyond to help us and it was much appreciated.

Francesca explained and navigated the process for me, taking away the training wheels little by little as we went along. She has a great coaching personality and can find folks in the business to help things move along. The property I wanted to buy that needed a little TLC, and was supposedly short-sale, but low and behold, the house was up for auction (seller didnt ask the bank for a short sale, just let it float, surprising all of us). Francesca hustled to get things lined up, get the short sale approved, and in spite of the sellers agent asking why are uou working so hard on this? Francesca was doing the job of two agents in large part. If you want an agent that knows the ropes here, has the contacts to get things going, and a can-do attitude, Francesca is it. I would absolutely not hesitate to work with her again.
