I have extensive experience in residential real estate, and have been actively listing and selling properties for 30 years. The customer's needs and desires are critical to to my success. I listen carefully and make recommendations only after I'm confident the customer's best interest will be served. I ask questions that are critical to the transaction which in turn better assures me are moving in the same direction. Additionally, I owned a mortgage company (with my husband) from 1992 until 2010, so I understand mortgage lending better than most agents, so I can assist in recommending mortgage programs that address the needs of my clients.
