Let me start by saying that I don't or at least I didn't care so much for real estate agents in general, until I met Francis Wells. We have lived in our home for some 36 years and it was time to sell our home. Hiring Francis was the best move I ever made. She brings to the table a lot of experience and know how. There are so many issues that come up in selling a home, it is a real life roller coaster. Francis had our back on each and every decision that needed to be made. She is personable and excellent about keeping us informed and ahead of the game. I whole heartily endorse Francis and would not hesitate to use or recommend her in the future. She had our backs and I never had to worried about any of the hundreds of small details, because she had them covered. I don't care for real estate agents, but I love what Francis Wells was able to do for us. Our home sold quickly for our asking price and she took it from there! Thank you Francis!!

Francis has been such a great agent to work with. I reached out to her beginning of December to ask if she can help me find a house and didnt disappoint. I was in escrow in less than 3 weeks and we closed and I will get my keys to my new place today. She always took my calls, responded to every text message and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Even during the search process she would meet me at properties that I wanted to look at within a day or so of me asking to see a place. We drove around a few weekends visiting open houses together and I never felt like she was squeezing me in to her schedule. I always had her full attention. You wont be dissatisfied with her professionalism and service.
