We knew from past experience that Frank Fage would be successful in finding the right condo for us in St. Petersburg. He capably represented us in 2006 in the sale of my mother-in-law's house in south St. Petersburg. Frank persuaded us to put our condo on the market at a higher price than we expected to achieve. He then sold our property within 24 hours to a cash buyer within $500 of the asking price. The sale closed very smoothly and Frank then organized the moving of our complete home contents to another property. All in all, a fantastic experience working with a very nice man.

Frank's knowledge and expertise were responsible for putting together a deal w/ a prospective buyer that we thought was not really possible...... Our house was unusual, with hard to find comps and his marketing presentation impressed us. His follow up preparations before the initial public presentation were very professional and well thought out...... and his negotiations skills brought a prospective buyer up to exceed our expectation!!!! From the original offer thru a difficult inspection period and up to the closing, we were thankful for Frank's communications skills.... which we felt were tested multiple times but he easily kept the deal in play ...which we thought was lost numerous times.. We were extremely fortunate to have him on our team and really cannot say enough good things about him...... highly recommended!!!!!!!
