Very slow response rate and even when he did respond, I could not understand the message he was trying to convey.

Frank is the property manager/enabler for a slumlord rental property where both Frank and the homeowner will takes the rent/commission but won't fix anything. Frank has rented this property to drug dealers and irresponsible younger renters who eventually get evicted and leave the house infested with roaches/rats and leave their trash/dogs behind. If this is any indication of his reliability, I would choose anyone but this guy to buy/manage my property.

Frank has leased a single family residential property on Grifbrick Drive in Plano to seven young individuals who use the property as a party house. Police have been dispatched to the property atleast 8-times in the past year for a variety of reasons, including multiple fights and firing guns at vehicles. This is a direct violation of the CC&R's and Plano City Ordinance; and a breach of several laws contained in the Texas Real Estate License Act. A group of property owners in the subdivision have hired counsel and intend to file suit seeking monetary damages against Frank and his partners. They have also filed a formal request with the Texas Real Estate Commission requesting the revokation of Mr Hwang's real estate license.

Very knowledgeable, patient and personable. Frank is amazing!

Completely unresponsive, ignored text messages and phone calls. I applied to lease a home he had listed, and met all the qualifications on the listing. The owner decided after I applied not to allow pets even though pets were listed as accepted on the listing. They still cashed my check for the application fee and kept my money.

Never returns phone calls. Takes application fee for a rental and then never calls or lets you know if you qualify for the home. I am led to believe that he along with others are running a scheme and taking peoples money. The office where he works seems very shady in my opinion. All that is there is a mailbox. He walked away with my money and I guess he left the country. Voicemail full, does not respond to texts. Really screwed us over. My next step will be to contact the local media and report him and the Marie & Marcus Group as fake. The Marie & Marcus group does not even have an active license according to the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Frank is a slum lord and has a home on 3305 Kimble drive Plano Texas 75025 that is a drug house. This is the 2nd time he has rented to multi family residents living in a home where the tenants/renters deal drugs, party almost every night to 4 AM, make incredible amounts of noise, and more. The house is unkept and not to code. Stay away from this guy and he is being reported to local authorities on this home as well as home owners association.

Contacted frank about a property that my family was super excited about and did everything on our end to make the process as seamless as possible for a rental property and frank never responded. Very disappointed.

Frank does not respond in a timely manor.I can hardly get him to pick up the phone.If you don’t want to rent the house just tell me so I can look another way.Wasting my time filling out papers and phone calls.Very unprofessional.I’m so upset about this cause I’m really trying to move and he playing games
