Frank was the best agent I have ever worked with and I have worked with at least 15 agents over the years. He never failed to answer my phone calls or emails and was always responsive to my questions or concerns. He was my agent for both selling a home and buying a new one and it was quite a stressful time for me. My closing for both transactions was on the same day and without Frank I dont know that I wouldve made it through! When my mortgage processor was asking for documents, etc., he went above and beyond to help me locate them and get them sent. Going through both buying and selling at the same time was sometimes confusing and difficult for me but he was always available to soothe my frazzled nerves. September 10, 2014DetailsHelped me buy a CondoVery low key, and patient. He knew the area extremely well, and was able to give good advice on what the different communities in the area had to offer. I initially flew to Florida to look at a Condo that looked good in the listing, but did not have the accessibility desired. He showed a wide range of properties to me, and we put an offer on a short sale unit that did not work out. On a subsequent trip my wife came along and he showed us another range of properties including a unit in the same complex as the original short sale unit was located. This time we were able to put in an offer and quickly close the deal.
