We told Frank our few must-haves (newer home, at least 2 bedrooms, nice neighborhood) and the location we were looking in, and immediately he found us some beautiful homes that matched all of our criteria. That weekend we went out to see a few properties and the next week we had made an offer! I never expected the process to be so quick but Frank helped us find our new home. This was our first time buying a house and Frank was so informative and helpful throughout the entire process.

Frank is very knowledgable of the Bradenton/Sarasota area. He was very helpful in locating financing for us. He was always available when we contacted him. We were living in one state and buy in Florida and he was very patient with us when asking questions about the area. He is very friendly and he has followed up with us after we have moved in.
