- Frank listed and sold my home
Not Good. He wont remember what he promised and don't write it down too. He will make you look like the liar. He represents Sumeer home and they use low cost material to build and the finishings are the worst i have seen.
- Frank helped me buy a home
He now works for Sumeer homes. When I contacted him for end of 1 st year maintenance, that was part of the new house I bought from Sumeer- here is his email response. "Had I known I was being lied to by you and your realtor I would have NEVER sold you a home I DO NOT sell to investors. Your yard looks like garbage just like all investors properties. You couldn’t care less about that". I am in the process of getting legal assistance to go after this guy. he has no people skill and not sure how this guy has been in business for 30years.
- Frank helped me buy a home
Bought new home with Frank. Straightforward no nonsense guy with fantastic new homes in little elm. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for quality and great price
- Frank and I connected, but did no business
He confirms the car you drive after stalking you in the neighborhood to make sure you are a certain skin tone of his liking to accept an offer. The Amherst location is not selling like it it should because of his attitude a rudeness. Someone definitely needs to investigate his encounters with people of color.
- Frank helped me buy a home
Beware of promises made that are quickly forgotten once the sale is done. The build quality is disappointing, and warranty commitments are often overlooked. Buyers deserve transparency and accountability when investing in a new home.
