Frank is the best! I had worked with a few agents before to look at houses and none of them ever worked out. Frank did and got me into my dream home for a low low price. If I ever sell or buy again I am only working with Frank. He is super mellow and easy to work with but you can tell that he will stand his ground for you when it comes to negotiating. I did not have one instance where he was trying to push his ideas on me. He would try to steer me in the right direction to help but if I said this is the one I want there were no questions asked. He just said Ok, Ill go write up the offer. I loved that he was willing to really evaluate a house and make an offer accordingly. I told him I was looking for a low price and there was no issue coming in with offers under asking price. In fact he was the one usually suggesting it. He tries to get you the best deal possible. The house that I eventually got had a deal on the table which the buyer walked away from and 2 prior offers on the table. It was because of Franks relationship with the listing agent that they called us up after the deal fell through and let us make an offer. We got it because of Frank. Thanks Frank!

Frank was conscientious and aggressive to get us a great price on the home and work needed (termite repair, etc) in order to close escrow. Very available and puts you first. Cant recommend him highly enough!

Frank is the real estate swiss army knife. He can do so much more than help you find a new house and sell your old one. During the home buying process, he was able to refer me to a loan officer and a home inspector. After closing on my home Frank sent me a list of contractors. Ranging from general contractors to specialized contractors such as plumbing, HVAC, gardening, painting, drywall and various others. Our new home search was not an easy one as we saw several properties over a month and a half. Frank did not lose patience, always had time to show us properties, and kept me in the loop via phone, text and email. Once we found the right property, he was able to get a hold of the selling agent to help us make the best offer. We avoided having any back and forth with counter offers flying around. He was able to sell our house quick as well. It took less than a month from the time we listed our house and closed the sale. During this time Frank hosted open houses on the weekends and arranged showings during the week. We received several offers, including a few full cash offers. When the time comes to buy and sell again, I will gladly do business with Frank!

Frank is awesome! He sold our home and is our realtor for finding a new home. He is completely transparent with everything. WE LOVE FRAN!!! I moved down to the area a few months before my wife and several months before we were going to be able to sell our home in the SF Bay area. So, from the first time I met Frank, he knew that it would be at least six months before we would even be able to submit an offer. That did not prevent him from offering to take me around to show me possible homes. And, when my wife joined me, he started taking us both around several times a week. Frank was thoroughly familiar with all the areas we wanted to look in. And, when we got ready to make our first offer, it was clear that he was also an expert with the process and the documentation. We actually had a change of heart and told him we wanted to back out of that offer and he worked it out with no fuss and no complaints. He immediately started recommending and showing us more places. There was a really nice place we had looked at very early on in the process, but it was sold. The day the movers brought our stuff, we were so busy directing traffic. Out of the blue, Frank called and told us he was ordering some pizzas for us and the movers. Mind blown again!!! And, a few days later, Frank showed up with some gifts: a Ring doorbell (with the security camera) and an Echo Dot. He is so competent, knowledgeable, professional, and just plain friendly, it was an absolute pleasure working with Frank. His slogan is with integrity, and he showed that a number of times. Whenever we were faced with possibly shady situations, he guided us through the minefields with sensitivity and integrity. Frank was great to work with from the start. We are first-time home buyers and therefore needed someone with a lot of patience and the subject matter expertise to walk us through the process and make suggestions etc that may not be obvious to us because we've never gone through the process before. To further complicated the matter, we live in NY and Frank had to work with my parents (live in Hawthorne, CA) to find a home, and worked with us remotely on all paperwork including the closing.
