Fred Cleman

Fred is a horrible landlord. He rents homes "as is", then when you left he try to blame the previous damage on you. He even make more damage to keep your entire deposit. He lacks professionalism. He especially like to hurt tenants who are handicapped. He should never be in business.

I have had a horrible experience with this company from the start of our lease ...I have found Fred to be a fowl mouthed individual that should have his mouth washed out with soap and we have found vicki to be less than truthful and honest ..by far they are the least bit professional as they claim ..The owner of our house has ceased doing business with them. As property managers ,,THANKGOD.

Fred is unprofessional and one of the rudest people ever. He uses profanity with his tenants. In 112 degree weather, when the air conditioner went out, he took his time to fix the ac. A realtor friend said he would have put his tenants in a hotel that very night. Not Fred. He has no compassion. The golden rule, "to treat other's the way you want to be treated" is not in his vocabulary. For future clients thinking about using Full House Realty heed with caution. Read the other reviews.
