Fred Eichenhofer

Fred Eichenhofer, licensed in 1986 by the state of California to sell real estate, is the Broker/Owner of Sierra Pacific Real Estate. He is also a licensed Notary Public. Fred has been involved in land acquisitions for clients in the Los Angeles County area for multi-family uses and the Placer, Nevada & Tahoe Counties for rural subdivision. He has supervised his own building projects. Fred has a well-rounded, working knowledge of the real estate business, for the acquisition of multi-family and rural land, the subdividing of land, building processes, some commercial and industrial experience, and working with Buyers and Sellers for their residential needs.
