Fred was awesome! He helped with every step of the way when we were trying to buy our first home from a thousand miles away. Fred helped us purchase a home in the Lake Norman area. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the home market in that area. Fred really went the extra mile in the negotiations for the home that we eventually purchased. I would give him my highest recommendation. He was extremely responsive, always answered when I called or emailed me back within a short time when I emailed. He really knows his stuff and really pushed the deal through. Mr. Rosati recently sold a house for me, an estate sale. He was top notch. The house was in disrepair. He recommended local tradesmen and was an awesome handyman himself. He was under the house, in the attic, all around helping us get it in shape to sell for the best price. I would highly recommend Fred if you are ready to sell.
