Fred is the best Real Estate Professional that I have ever worked with. It was a pleasure working with him. He also gave us a one year Home Warranty worth $600, with the deal. This is almost unheard of these days. I will certainly use him again in the future and would recommend him above all others.

I have used Fred's real estate service since I moved to Pasco County. I called him from Alaska to find me a place to rent. Not only did he find me an excellent home for a reasonable price put he put the deposit down for me and filled the applications out for me over the phone. Whenever I had difficulty getting something fixed in the house, Fred would go to bat for me and get the problem fixed. When my family outgrew that home, I called Fred, and he went to work finding me another house, sent the moving letter with a request for return of deposit. I was able to move gradually with the least amount of discomfort because of Fred's determination to serve me as a client. About two months before my second lease was to expire, I called Fred to let him know I was not happy in the house. Fred immediately went to work looking for a new home for me and negociate with my landlord to accept my deposit as my last months rent, so I would have enough money to pay my deposit in my next home. Again, Fred came through with a wonderful home with reasonable rent. I truely appriciate Fred's dedication to his clients and I am in the Third beautiful home. I am contemplating negociating my third lease or purchasing a home in the area. Of course I have called Fred for his advice and help. As a single woman with 5 children, I know I could never have been able to secure these wonderful home without the expert advice and support of Fred Strickroot. We were from out of state, and Fred handled finding us our house. Was prompt, professional, and worked tirelessly. The agent who was selling our home out of state was a lazy disaster-we had to call her to find out results of showings to get feedback. Thank god Fred was the opposite. We chose Fred from an online review. We were looking for property on the gulf side of Florida but had no idea what or where we really wanted to buy. We live in Michigan and plan to retire in Florida. When I spoke to Fred we were going to start looking at homes in the Hudson, New Port Richie area and then travel down the coastal area to Fort Myers. It was going to be a long weekend of seeing as many properties as we could. To our astonishment, Fred traveled with us the entire time constantly finding new properties for us to view. It had to be over Fathers Day weekend because of my husbands work schedule. Again, Fred made us feel like we were the only people in the world and he was completely devoted to us finding a house. This time we selected a list of homes and Fred gave us great advice. Ultimately, we chose a home in Cape Coral. Even though it was hours away from Freds office at the time, you wouldnt have know it. He was always there and always available. We closed in just over a month on a foreclosure but not before Fred recommending documents we needed before our loan officers realized we needed them. He also constantly followed up on things that needed to get done so that they never became a problem. Even a few weeks after we closed Fred informed us about a hurricane and offered to assist. Fred has been great to work with. Not being from Florida, I needed someone who had expertise in working with investment properties. Fred was able to scout out some great investment opportunities for me as well as arrange professional contractors for repairs. Fred is very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls, and knowledgeable about the local market.

I had the pleasure of having Fred represent me on a recent purchase I made of a home in Florida. I can honestly say that without Fred in my corner, I would not have been able to do it. I live in Canada and everything I did required Fred to be my personal representative. He made phone calls to the Condominium Corporations to ask questions on my behalf, he attended at the properties and took "real" photographs for me to look at. When I found a place that I was interested in purchasing, he not only walked me through the paperwork, but lined up a list of pros for me to choose for the necessary inspections and he followed up with those pros to be sure that once I'd hired them, the necessary reports were done on a timely basis. He worked well beyond what would be considered reasonable and all for a very small pay off for him because the place I finally settled on was less than $50,000.00. I highly recommend Fred - especially if you are not familiar with Florida properties and all applicable laws for a real estate transaction.
