Fred, always gives an excuse when he doesn’t want to work.... he is bragging about his 500hp Lincoln, telling the stories about his $12M deal that he’s always working on, but realistically he has never done any transactions over 200k, he claims he is very busy person, in reality all he does is looking at loopnet for the all properties available, without even bothering to check if the place of the business corresponds with the city zoning codes... there are few businesses that are allowed only in certain zones of the city, and Fred does not even bother himself to find out if the business is allowed in the property he is offering! I strongly suggest to stay away from this person, when looking for the commercial property to lease or buy.... he wants YOU the owner of the business to give him city zoning codes where your business is allowed, and then he MAY consider to work with you, when you give him all info..... I was looking to open up a pawnshop, this guy wasted a month and a half of my time showing me perspective for opening up the store, but EvERY single time I ran into the problem with city zoning requirements! this guy wants to do nothing but make money on you, he does not want to think, all he does is looking at loopnet, where everyone is able to see commercial property for lease.... he does not do the research if certain type of business would be allowed in certain areas, no! All he does are the promises and keeps telling how successful he is, but in reality ... he is nothing ... no experience... no will to work with the customers.... all he looks for is for dumb clients that don’t know the loopnet and therefore cannot find the place for their business to lease themselves .... easy money.... I strongly suggest you to avoid this person.....
