My wife and I are first time home buyers that without Frieda would have pulled out of the market. We had to deal with some really ruff sellers and Frieda stuck with us night and day and made it a pleasant experience once again. My career requires me to relocate occasionally and the personal experience is quite traumatic when it occurs, especially to family members. I have dealt with several agents in my career and Frieda has clearly been the best and she represents your office and your brand quite well. My wife and I have been blessed to have her support. Frieda chose customer service first. She recognized the urgency of our situation. She included my wife every stage and clearly understood how important that was to us. She did not attempt to sway us to her listings although it would have been tempting to do so. That demonstrates integrity and ethicssomething that cannot be measured in numbers but is what I base 100% of my referral opinions on. She provided excellent advice relative to offer strategies. She ensured access to financing when my relocation company failed at a critical time. It should be noted that I chose Coldwell Bankers mortgaging arm as a result of thisincreasing your companys revenue streams and client base. This would not have happened without Friedas direct involvement. She followed through on all open items. Again, this is a significant accomplishment considering the complexity of our situation. She emailed, texted or called whenever we needed her to and provided access to us at all times. In other words, she didnt shut down after hours. She visited my office to sign papers on multiple occasions, making it easier on me. She never complained or made excuses. She calmly provided a creative solution to assist me when I left critical documents at home. She intervened, provided the replacement document immediately, and moved the process forward. My wife and I are aware that Frieda serves multiple clients. We were privileged, however, to be treated as her only one We certainly appreciate the experience.
