Purchasing a home during a Pandemic may seem crazy and like it would be stressful. I honestly dont know because our realtor Gabe made the process absolutely painless. He is so knowledgeable about the local area, the market and was quick to key in on what we wanted. We used a VA Loan which can be challenging I heard, again Gabe knew exactly what to do and the process was so smooth. Not only is Gabe great at what he does he is also a genuinely nice person who does his best to take great care of his clients. He is kind, honest and professional in his interactions with clients. We were so lucky to have Gabe in our corner. He has even checked in on us after closing to see how we are doing and if we need anything. In an extremely competitive market for buyers (Sonoma County, post-fires) Gabe was able to use his local knowledge and connections to find us our dream home in the hills. After being outbid by all cash offers on several properties Gabe found us exactly the house we were looking for before it hit the market. I Retained Gabe as my Realtor back in June of 2018 when I had finally made up my mind to sell and move out of state. From the get go he was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale. Even though the house was out of his market and a two hour drive away Gabe went all in to help me sell this house. When the house hit the market in October I had gotten a job offer out of state.
