Gabriel reminded me of what a realtor should be - a partner in the process of buying or selling a home. Having worked with previous realtors, who are essentially salesmen, working with someone who understands the housing market beyond a niche area is a welcome surprise. Gabriel has a thorough process where he gets to know his clients, again a welcome surprise not common in this environment. He provides alternatives and is not shy of explaining the limits that his clients may face. I often recommend him to friends, colleagues and family as I know he is a professional who can be counted on.

Normally, I don't take the time to write reviews but because I was truly impressed with my home buying experience I had with Gabriel Gonzalez, I feel it necessary to share for anyone else who may be a first time buyer. I originally attempted to go through another real estate company but I had so many problems with them. I was referred to Gabriel through a friend who had just purchased a home with him. It was such a relief to finally be able to have someone listen to my needs and be honest with what I can manage . As a first time buyer, I was completely lost with the process. Gabriel was extremely patient with me, answered all my questions, and worked around my schedule to look at homes. He found us the perfect house in the area we wanted.
