I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gabby and our experience with her. She was the agent for two of my friends who recommended her to me, and I am so grateful they did. Gabby has been a Godsend. She was wonderful and professional from beginning to end. Im the trustee of my fathers family trust and was selling his home for him at his request. Gabby walked me through what I needed to sell the house on his behalf, as I had no idea. I met with several realtors before I chose, but was very impressed with Gabbys marketing strategy and ideas to sell the home for as much as we could, as fast as we could. We got an above asking offer on the first day it was listed and closed escrow 30 days later. I cannot say enough, (or thank them enough) about Gabby and her team. We spoke with several realtors prior to Gabby and Mike. These other realtors unlike Gabby did not have a good understanding of the local area, seemed to lack enthusiasm for the whole process. Gabby was simply outstanding from the get go. Everything was well structured, very nice pictures of the house were taken with a quality camera not a cell phone. We were able to critique the images we wanted shown. On the first open day Gabby and Mike had sent flyers to all of the surrounding neighborhood so that neighbors could come in an hour prior to the official open house time.We listed and had a lot of interest immediately. Gabby helped us out with a short sale. We were dealing with a bank that was not easy to work with. Not easy at all. This bank took just over one year to approve an offer (1 offer). Gabby kept us informed the whole time and she never gave up. 1 year of phone calls. 1 year of sending the bank the same information over and over again. It was exhausting for us.
