Gaby Ferguson

Gaby grew up in a small town outside of New York City, where her family then relocated to Cary, North Carolina in 2005. Upon graduating, she ventured to Wilmington to attend UNCW and quickly fell in love with Coastal NC and all it has to offer. Gaby has always had a passion for real estate and began her career working under one of the top brokers, where she learned everything about the business and transaction from the ground up. Gaby has worked through over 260 closed real estate transactions, which allows her to bring great knowledge to the One Properties Group at Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty. Gaby was also a premier client of an international real estate coaching program, where she received top real estate training to apply to her business. Gaby is a go-getter, with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping other people. She strives to her exceed her clients expectations by providing exceptional service and a smooth transaction. Outside of the office, Gaby loves traveling, boating and spending time with her family and friends.
