Gail was born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana. After attending the University of Montana, she decided to start her professional career in Northern Virginia. She worked as a leading salesperson at Mervis Diamond Importers for many years where she honed her high-end customer service skills and received national accolades for her efforts. Her time at Mervis afforded her experience with a very diverse clientele, and budgets both constrained and limitless. Knowing how much she thoroughly enjoyed guiding others through important and emotional purchase decisions, Gail knew that real estate would be the perfect career crossover.
