We met Gale Milgrim about 2 years ago at one of her listings in Maitland Club when we decided to sell our home in another part of Orlando. At that time we were unable to find something large enough to purchase and chose to rent a home instead. We moved to central Florida in July, 2002 and purchased a home in Celebration through Gale Milgrim, 13 years ago. Gale is a consummate professional that makes the house-selling process as stress-free as possible.My sister passed away and I was left to handle her personal matters. Gale was incredibly supportive, understanding and helpful. She helped me pick out paint colors, new carpeting and recommended what we could do to make the house sell quickly and at the best price. She also has good people to do these jobs, if you want and need them. Paperwork was organized and made simple. The original listing was done in person but later on we had to make some changes. That was done with an online system. Gale would email it to me and the program would tell me where to sign (all I had to do was click). I am sometimes technologically challenged and I managed it easily. Additionally, Gale hired a photographer to take professional pictures of the house. Gale was at his side to direct the shoot.
