- Garin helped me buy a home
Extremely dissatisfied - after being referred to Garin for the general Sarasota & St. Pete area, when I decided to focus on Dunedin, I asked Garin to take a referral commission so I could work with a local Dunedin agent - his response was very selfish "I've got too much invested to take a referral" and as a result he pushed me into a sale that he saw only once, he did not know the local area and the sale is a disaster. He cannot be trusted. I plan to write a complaint to the Florida Board of Realtors.
