Garrett helped me sell my house during a time when I thought renting would be the best option. He assured me that it was a great time to sell and took me step by step on what to expect along the way. He was knowledgeable and aggressive. I was able to reach him by phone or email any time of the day with any questions or concerns I had at the time. When the first few offers came in and i was ready to settle Garrett assured me we can do better. He was able to get me substantially more than the selling price. After we accepted the first offer, the potential buyer ended up backing out after about 2 weeks into escrow. Garrett reassured me not to worry and he had it back on the market that same evening. A few days later the house was back in escrow with a new buyer and it was extremely smooth. Thanks to Garrett's hard work and determination I was able to get way more than expected on this property. Garrett helped us to sell our home former home and helped us to get into our current home. He was very responsive and actively worked to get our home sold. Our home was well advertised and he was always available any time we wanted to do an open house. Garrett found me a Corona bank owned home which was the perfect rental property for me. It needed an enormous amount of work and Garrett not only recommended local workers, he typically drove to Corona to organize the work so I didn't have to. I sold it two years later with a huge equity increase. And then he found me a short sell rental a few miles from my house which was much more convenient for me. I swear the guy never sleeps. He knows what he's doing and he is ethical and loyal. Will use him again and again.
