Garry has lived in the Atlanta area most of his life and would love for you to be his neighbor. In 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2009 he was awarded a Top Producer award in Dekalb County. This award is given to the top 15 individual agents in the County. In 1999 he received the Rookie of the Year award and has been the top producing agent at Karafotias Realty nine of the eleven years he has been in real estate.
