Gary Chan

I graduated in Cal. State L.A. with an Accounting Degree and I have been working in F&B Management/Casino Marketing throughout my career. I helped opened chained restaurants. I also worked at the casino marketing/butler department which I learned how to take care of high rollers. I established a sense of urgency, high service standards, and integrity which helped a lot in my real estate career. I got my real estate license in 2005 and has been actively working in real estate, primarily focusing on Commercial & Residential Property Management. I am currently the Broker, Property Manager as well as Co-Owner of Ansons Realty. Our company is currently managing around 70 residential properties and the brand new Shanghai Plaza on Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas.
