I met Gary a little more then 2 years ago, through a Zillow ad for a home that was listed for sale in Fenton. From the first time my husband and I met him, we could tell he was the realtor for us. Gary has a very low pressure sales approach, yet he will follow through on even the tiniest details and will actually get back with you. After looking at many homes (he was always willing to drive out to see a house we wanted to look at, no matter the location) we finally decided to purchase our home and sell our old house. Gary handled everything we needed and we couldnt be happier (our old house sold in 1 day with multiple offers). I consider Gary someone I can trust in the real estate market and I can call him a friend. I would refer him to anyone looking for a realtor.

To say that Gary went above and beyond is an understatement. Very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and overall great to work with. Wasn't the first time we've used Gary as a realtor (twice as a buyer now, once as a seller), and certainly won't be the last. We've heard horror stories from our friends who have used other realtors in the area, all of whom will be working with Gary in the future to avoid chancing it with someone else again. Gary is a stand up guy and a wonderful realtor. He's truly a lifelong friends to my family. He serves his clients with care, respect, and honesty. Gary helped us list and sell our home within a month. We had offers after the first showing. It was basically a waiting game for the process to run its course. Once we accepted an offer, Gary was there to answer questions and handle all correspondence. We truly believe the reason our home sold so quickly is proper research. Gary priced the home for a quick sale (without sacrificing our profit). He shows great care for his customers. Our potential (would-be) buyers had a home inspection completed. Normally a simple process (escalated when the inspector damaged our home prior to sale). Gary contacted the buyers and the inspector and the buyer's agent. He made sure if they backed out on us or the sale fell through that our home would be made whole again. He went the extra mile. In addition to this, Gary helped my family find a new home. We are working with a builder to have a new home constructed. Gary's an expert in many things and his knowledge of construction is grounded with experience. He was able to provide insight and guidance. Gary knows what to ask the builders and helps more than I could have hoped for.While we wait for our house to be built, we needed a place to stay. Gary offered to help us by showing apartments and homes for temporary living. Gary goes the extra mile for his customers and he never disappoints! As always, happy and satisfied

After the offers came in he helped us understand the finer details of specific requests from buyers which saved us time and headache.
