Gary has been an incredible realtor. We first started looking for a house a year ago and he has stuck by us the whole time. He was always ready to answer any questions we had, which was quite a lot because we are first time home buyers. He showed us many houses and sometimes multiple in one day without any complaints. He worked around our schedule even if it meant working with us later in the evening. He never once pressured us to buy a house we weren't 100% sure we loved and kept us informed on things to keep our eye out for when looking for potential issues with a home. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times, and I felt comfortable asking him for help and confident that he would have an answer. When we put an offer on a home and the inspection didn't go as planned, he encouraged us not to lose hope and promised we would find something better. The market is extremely competitive and Gary made sure that we were always in first place compared to the competition. He was incredibly patient with us through the whole process and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We now have our dream home and are loving every minute of being homeowners thanks to Gary!

I would highly recommend Gary Pace to any of my friends/relatives. What an overall nice guy! In fact, he should get a medal for putting up with my husband and I! We looked at a total of 5 or 6 houses before purchasing our first home and Gary always answered our calls and met us right away at the house. Nights, weekends it didn't matter the time of day he always showed up eager to show the house.
