Gary Petersen

Gary began his real estate career in 1976 buying single family homes in the LakeMinnetonka area and remodeling or renting them. He moved on to land developmentand building. Some of his more notable developments include Abingdon Glen,Crystal Creek, and Woodhill Ridge of Orono; Serenity on Hadley Lake, NeighborsCreek, and Killian's Gate of Plymouth; and Mary Lake Woods of Shorewood. From1980 to 1986, Gary built approximately 25 upper bracket homes in the LakeMinnetonka area before settling into the listing and selling of single familyhomes. He is one of the original members of Coldwell Banker Burnet's powerfulDistinctive Homes Division and has been with the Wayzata Office since 1982.
