  • Gary listed, but didn't sell, my home

      Gary focused on the negative aspects of our property and encouraged us to drop the price twice in the first two months. He also encouraged us to accept low offers. We eventually sold for $1,000 above the lowered asking price, a much better deal than some deals he suggested we accept. I don't think he knew how to market our property for the best outcome.
