"My wife and I had the fantastic luck to work with Gary St. Clair in our search for a home and he was there helping and guiding us for the entire process, from going to countless open houses to the moment we closed a deal for the house we really wanted and beyond. It looked daunting for us at the beginning because is our first time buying a property but Gary was the best agent we could have hoped for. He's nice, and knowledgeable and very patient to explain all the many things that we needed to know and boy we needed to know a lot as we were starting from zero.Is hard to tell in a short review how many times he went the extra mile to help us make the right decision and adviced including with the stuff that we fix inside the house after buying it (he went with us to floor stores to help us pick some samples because I didn't know the difference between "laminate" and "engineered wood" is just an example). He knows the best contractors and handyman in the area and helped us schedule some of them for the fixes we intend doing before moving in. I can't even start to explain how much easier was everything for us as Gary took care of so many things. His knowledge goes way beyond just real estate market in general as he's an expert in estimating the costs and duration for fixing or upgrading a house plus very skilled in the art of estimating the value of a property and negociacion. We needed that level of expertise to manage our budget, as we thought of buying and made offers for homes in all sort of conditions.Silicon Valley and especially South Bay is an ultra competitive market and even more during this pandemic but Gary got us into our first house and the experience of working with him was always great.The pandemic made it harder to buy a house, and is especially hard for real estate agents because of the visits by appointment only and the additional paperwork but our hose hunting process was still enjoyable. "Gary exceeds expectations in every aspect.
