I can't say enough about working with Gavin! As first time home buyers, he made the process in a competitive Seattle housing market as painless and easy for us! He was very knowledgeable in every neighborhood we visited, and was immensely patient with us. We effectively made the decision to start looking a year ago, but kept having to put it off due to given circumstances. Gavin was very understanding every time we needed to postpone our search, and provided us a lot of information to help educate us on home buying in the meantime. He would occasionally drop us a note to say hi, and wasn't pushy with us to get back out there. While we were waiting to search for our home, he also helped us sell my late father-in-law's condo, and helped generate interest and list the property to garner us the best offers, and sold it within 1 week of listing it.When we were ready and found the house of our dreams, he organized to get the inspector out there as quickly as possible, as there was quite a bit of generated interest already in the house. He put together our bid, and worked with our lender to put together the best offer! We were able to get the house we wanted, and we were able to close on our house quickly! The only downside to completing the home-buying process is that we don't get to hang out with him as often--we loved getting to know him! Again, can't say enough about how great Gavin is, and this review is just scratching the surface!

This was our first home buying experience, and we're lucky we were given Gavin's name. He was able to explain things in a way we understood, which is quite a feat. When we were indecisive about a home, he nudge us to make up our minds without being pushy or salesy. If he hadn't, we'd have watched our new home come and go.On more than one occasion, his instincts about price proved to be right on. (It didn't stop us from offering a lower price, but we weren't surprised when it didn't go our way.) This was especially valuable in Seattle, where houses are frequently going six figures over asking price.We'll be getting in touch with Gavin whenever we're ready to look for a new home!

Gavin is the best agent one can have from our perspective. We have been working with him for several years over the course of buying, selling, and now landing in our dream home. He has a deep understanding of the process, and always figures out how to work around bumps in the road. In fact, my husband and I actually stopped worrying all together during our last sell when barriers would arise, because we would laugh and say, Gavin will figure this out. We always had the utmost confidence in his work and he pulled through 100% of the time. I highly recommend him for your buying and selling needs. He is the best, in addition to being an awesome person in general.
