The Adobe Real Estate team did an outstanding job handling my real estate transaction. I live out of state and Adobe helped me flip and sell my rental property in Spanaway. The property was in completed disarray after the last tenants moved out. Thankful, my family put me in touch with Gavin at Adobe Real Estate and he handled everything. He coordinated all the repairs (and there were many) from completely landscaping the front and back yard, painting, roof repairs, fence repairs, cleaning, and a large amount of honey-do-list type work. Gavin works with several reputable contractors and they had the house in showing shape within two weeks. The house had several, above asking, offers within two days of being on the market. Gavin was extremely diligent in reviewing each offer and presented them to me in a way that was detailed, precise, and easy to comprehend. Gavin provided a great deal of knowledge that made me feel confident in choosing the best offer. He was also very attentive throughout the closing process. Gavin and Chris were incredibly prompt to respond to my emails and calls. They kept me well informed and updated me as things were happening. This was such a blessing as I live so far away. They clearly worked very hard to make the process as smooth as possible for me. I would, highly, recommend this group. Very impressed with Gavin! I placed my home on Zillow last year and was called regularly by realtors and investors wanting to purchase my property. I was very impressed with Gavin's knowledge, advise, and professionalism. He convinced me to list the property with him and I am glad did. Within 48hrs he showed the place 15 times and had an offer for over 10k above my asking price. We closed on the property in under 2 weeks! Gavin and his team took care of the sale of my house during a particularly difficult situation. I am stationed in Texas with the Army and I could not be there to assist in any way, but they took of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Even though there were times I was stressing and being a pest about it, they always treated me well and assuaged my fears.
