Other realtors put me on a so called list and I never heard back. Sandra called me right away and we got started looking for our 1st home. As a stay at home mom with two small kids and dealing with postpartum anxiety Sandra made things extremely easy. She assured me she had my back and I could tell she meant it by the way she worked. We were trying to sell our house and it was in the market in Houston for 15 months when we contacted Glen Gayden. During these 15 months we had 2 realtors who tried without any luck. The last realtor in order to sell the house was pushing us to sell the house at a price way below the market value. Glen was extremely helpful in every way. It didnt matter if it was a call out of the blue to see if we could see a house even though it was out of his normal area, he would arrange and meet us there. He helped make sure we had multiple options with financing, did everything to research best features and to try and negotiate for us. He was by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I had dreaded the whole process because of previous experiences, but he really made us feel like he was on our side, and we had to be happy, regardless if it meant losing a potential sale. We were number one, not the sale!
