- Gayle listed and sold my home
Gayle knows the local market better than anyone. She listed our home and she told me that day she knew who needed to buy our house even though they weren't really looking. After we listed she contacted them that night, setting up a showing the next day and ultimately they bought our house. Gayle also helped us find a home that fit our very specific list of requirements and negotiate the best deal. We have dealt with other realtors and we will use Gayle again. In fact, we have referred several family members to her and all of them are very pleased too.
