Geadell exceeded our home buying expectations She was extremely knowable about the market, inventory and community where we hoped to purchase a home. Geadell was our biggest advocate as we both navigated an unfamiliar down-payment assistance program, cheering us on when me and my husband wanted to throw in the towel. We wouldnt have closed without her help!

We worked with Geadell on a recommendation from my husbands boss and she turned out to be wonderful. Were a military family that moved from Ohio to California and she made the process of finding a house, dealing with all the paperwork, and scheduling all the necessary components so much easier. She made sure to keep us in the loop on everything that was happening no matter how small it was. You can trust that shes looking out for you and your family. Geadell was thorough on providing research of properties to buy. She has a good understanding of buyers concerns, and provided good answers. For example, when we were considering a property, she took the time to do a video walkthrough the property and was able to answer questions live and on the spot. She was professional, friendly and cordial and just made it easy to work with her. Even though we did not end up buying a home in California, we were thoroughly pleased with her diligent work in helping us. We would highly recommend Geadell.

Geadell went above and beyond for us when we sold our home. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She had vendor recommendations for all of our needs (we made some repairs, needed indoor and outdoor cleaning, etc) and helped keep us organized and moving forward. Our move was complicated, but she made it feel easy. We believe we got the best price for our home, and had a great experience.
