If you talk to Gene, he seems to understand and relate. He found me 2 beautiful homes that we purchased through him. His negotiation got us a lower cost than we thought the seller would take, and he did all the leg work. He's very well rounded, and showed us the flaws thru a video call when we we're able to get off work to see it ourselves. Hands down would call him to buy our next home!
