Gennadi Barmin

Gennadi is the consummate professional. His attention to detail and perseverance is admirable. The house was unoccupied and we had an accident with the heating system which flooded the house. Gennadi was patient as the insurance claim was processed and we contracted with a cleanup company. He would periodically visit the house and give us updates on progress. Even though he was unable to show the house during the cleanup he continued to provide his services. Gennadi strove to show the house within the city's Covid restrictions. Once the cleanup was done, he provided us with alternative scenarios for showing the house. The floors and some of the walls had been torn out. Gennadi suggested we offer the house as is (a fixer-upper) or fix the floors and walls. He found a buyer willing to buy the hose as a fixer-upper and the selling price was only $15K below our desired selling price before the accident. The insurance company had estimated the cost of fixing the damage to be at least $50K. We were familiar with Gennadi because he had sold our neighbor's home and they had highly recommended him. If asked for a referral, we would gladly recommend Gennadi.
