Geoff is an awesome realtor -- I can't say enough good things! He was very knowledgable and familiar with the shoreline area which I loved when I was trying to narrow down my search. When looking for my home he also showed me surrounding businesses, restaurants, parks, etc. which was a huge help! He was quick to respond when I had any questions/concerns and took care of all my worries. He also worked around my hectic schedule (which can definitely be challenging at times). I found looking for a home very stressful until I let Geoff figure it all out for me! I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

This was my first home purchase, Geoff was very patient with me as I looked at a lot of places to understand areas (most outside of his region of expertise) and price points. He was very responsive when answering questions and seeking more information. He was incredibly helpful guiding me through the process. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Geoff to others looking to buy a home.

Couldn't have asked for a better agent. Geoff always was professional, positive and knowledgeable. He was able to make the transition between selling and buying seamless. We had both closings on the same day and with two young children that was key. Geoff was always accessible to answer all of our crazy questions and did it with a smile! Geoff was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he help sell our house but also helped close the deal on our new home. The process started about a year before we actually were ready to move. We wanted to downsize getting ready to retire. It was difficult to find the right house while at the same time sell our current home. Geoff spent a good deal of time with us as we were very selective in choosing our retirement home. It turned out that our house sold before we found the new home. Geoff helped negotiate a deal so that we could live in our old house until we found the new one. All in all Geoff was a great asset to have during the process. Things could not have turned out any better. Geoff understood what we were looking for, was very patient, respectful of our wishes and was willing to put in the time that he did. No pressure just results. This was during the time that his daughter Delaney was born. I must say that he made sure that even with the birth of his daughter he always made sure that we had all that help and advise that we needed.

From our first meeting at an open house while shopping for an agent to the closing on our home, Geoff was always first rate. He was responsive to our questions, our concerns, our emails in the night. We were impressed by his poise, professionalism, enthusiasm and support. He knew what he was talking about. He kept the process focused and moving forward. He was on our side. Were pleased to highly recommend him.

We could not have asked for a better realtor when it came to selling our home and buying a new home. Geoff was always available when we needed him and answered phone calls or texts in a very timely manner. The idea of selling our home and buying a new home was both exciting and extremely nerve wracking, but Geoff's very calm, laid back and confident demeanor helped the process go smoothly. My husband was very apprehensive about selling our first home and buying our dream home, but he agreed to meet with Geoff and review our options. We met at Mystic Market and Geoff listened to our (really mine ??) wants and needs. Greg was resistant at first but Geoff was nothing but patient & understanding. He helped us every step of the way...through 30+ showings, multiple offers, and ultimately finding the perfect buyers. We had a few hiccups along the way but Geoff was there to answer every question and reassure every doubt. We closed and moved into our dream home today. Without hesitation, we can say this would not had been such a smooth and exciting journey without Geoffs hard work and dedication. We are now sitting in our beautiful new home drinking a bottle of Veuve Clicquot thanks to Geoff.

Geoff was extremely professional. He provided excellent advice regarding the sale of my home. After listing he had it sold and closed within two weeks of meeting him. Very impressed by him.

Geoff besides knowing the area and the process goes beyond expectations. Geoff's communication skills keep you well informed and never missed providing us with up to minute details of what was needed from us and his communication with the seller was excellent. During negotiations he never missed a minute in correspondence between us and the seller. Even when he tried to get a way for winter escape to Florida for a few days he never missed a beat in the process.

I couldn't have asked for a better guy for the job. Geoff made the process easy and was always there to answer any questions days or night and even after the sale. He made it his top priority to get me exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Hands down he's the best realtor around!!!

I don't even know if I can think of one negative thing to say about my experience with Geoff. My only wish would be that my husband and I were referred to him sooner. He is extremely knowledgeable and he gave us the honest feedback we needed to finally sell our home. We put our house on the market a couple times, each time under a different listing agent. We had very few showings and our inexperienced realtors could not tell us why. Enter Geoff. In just our first meeting he was able to explain to us what was wrong with our previous listings and how we could make our home more appealing. Geoff was great. From day one, he never pressured me to choose him. He was supportive of whatever I wanted and had no problem pointing me in any direction I requested. He always responded to me no matter what and got back to me in reasonable time frames. He answered all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he went to find it for me.
