Geoffrey was excellent to work with! He knows the market very well, was very patient and always available to answer any questions we had. This is the first time I have worked with a realtor that I felt was fighting for my best interest every step of the way. Coming from Oklahoma, the housing market on Maui was a big adjustment. We went between optimism and overwhelm often, not knowing if the move was right. Once we settled in jobs and felt more at home on the island our confidence grew. Throughout this time I was impressed by Geoffs consistency. He coached and encouraged but never pushed us to make a decision. On each visit he came prepared with printouts and discussed points of value and future risks involved. On several occasions he steered us away from properties with bigger issues like sinking piers or water damage. During open houses, I did not see other realtors offering the same attention to detail. And it wasnt like he gave us royal treatment Saturday and Sunday leftovers Monday. We saw him morning, evening and weekends. He gave us full attention when bright-eyed and running on empty. I could say more on his extensive home knowledge, attention to cover letters, or negotiating ability but there is so much to do before my lease ends! Geoff is by far the best agent I have ever worked with and we cannot imagine our home purchase in Maui would have come true without his relentless effort and expertise. Our whole purchase effort was done long distance yet we never felt like we needed to fly over to get our purchase done. He is simply the best.
