It's hard to even know where to start. Geoff (and his team) is the total package. He's very professional, but he is so personable that you feel very comfortable working with him. He's very well versed with the area but also has a great handle on how the market is trending which really gave us a good feel that he has the big picture. Our house sold very quickly, and he walked us through every step of the way. He was always accessible if we needed him - which was a big deal to us. Everyone's heard the horror stories of buying/ selling houses, but this experience was the opposite. It was actually pretty fun. So much so that we would probably only work with Geoff and his team exclusively if buying/selling in the Vegas area again.

Geoff and his whole team were amazing! My husband and I were getting ready to move across the country and we couldn't have been more pleased! Rather than selling our home being a BIG stress factor, it was probably the easiest part of our move. His knowledge of the area, hard work ethic, and friendly personality made selling our house a breeze. Geoff took care of everything in a timely manner. The pictures were AMAZING! We accepted an offer on our house within two days of listing it! Our first offer backed out in the first few days and Geoff was very quick to relist and then we had an offer within the FIRST day back on the market. That normally would have been stressful but Geoff completely put us at ease. Everything is going smoothly and our house is ready to close next week. We are so thankful that we haven't had to worry about our house one time during this whole move! My only regret is that Geoff is not in Tennessee to help us look for a house in our new city! If you live in the Las Vegas area I HIGHLY recommend Geoff and his team! You will NOT be disappointed!
