George was amazing! He sold our house during the slowest time to possibly sell. Funny we were completely in another state and he actually would stop by just to check on it for us! He clearly goes out of his way to sell a home. He called us back minutes after calling him! AMAZING! Thank you George!

Great realtor!! He knew a lot about the homes we were looking at, and he also new a lot about the areas we were looking at the houses in so he was very helpful with every thing. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. He made everything very simple. He was awesome!

George was phenomenal and helped me look at several homes in several counties so that I could find the right one for my family. He made sure to point out things that I may have otherwise not noticed in the homes we looked at and stood by me through a difficult closing. I work long, often late, hours and he was always there with a reply any time I needed his input. He actively searched listings with me often sending me homes that had just been put on the market. My daughters and I now have the home we have been looking for. I would highly recommend him!

George was wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He gave great advice when we were looking at homes as to what we would be looking at for any repairs/updates to the homes. If something was seriously wrong with a home (mold, foundation issues, etc.) he did not hesitate to point it out to us. This helped us to make informed decisions. He has been awesome to work with and actively advocated for us numerous times during the process. I would definitely recommend George.

George is the absolute best. If you're looking for a home in the Lapeer or surrounding area, it would be a mistake to not give him a call. When it comes to being knowledgeable, personable and having top notch customer service, George is second to none. He truly made our home buying experience enjoyable.

We looked at several houses with other realtors and then we looked at one of George's properties after that we had George show us the rest of our houses. he is very friendly, he doesn't push the houses on you, we didn't feel rushed at all while looking for houses or looking at a house. he send you the house that you may be interested in but isn't pushy. he is very acknowledge about the houses and the surrounding areas he's very truthful I would highly recommend George Brennan if you're looking to buy a house. when we go to sell our house we will definitely be going back to him.

George was very good at contacting and communicating with us! He helped us the whole way through our closing process. I always felt like I knew what was going on and that I understood the process because of George. I have and would recommend George to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We contacted him in the Spring and unfortunately we weren't able to proceed with buying a home at that time, so when we found out our rental was going on the market in August, we contacted him again and he helped us find the right home for us in a very short amount of time. He guided us through the entire process and was always quick to respond to our questions. We would absolutely recommend George to other home buyers!

Before you decided on an agent, do your homework and interview several in the area you are shopping or selling. Don't be afraid to ask for references, experience, awards won (by peers are most important), and finally ask about the agents thought process and approach to selling. In speaking with George, he answered all of my questions honestly, provided me with several references (which I did call), and most importantly was very prompt in responding to my texts and messages. He has a very professional appearance and demeanor and is the farthest thing from a 'slickster' just trying to make a sale. Prior to putting the house on the market, he walked the home and offered suggestions based on what clients were looking for. When we did place it on-line, we had a viable offer within 12 hours. Given that buying and selling a home can be a very difficult process, I found comfort in knowing that I had an ally at the table in George. I have, and will continue to recommend George Brennan to friends, family and colleagues to complete fulfill their real estate needs.

George was awesome! He went above and beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the whole home buying experience, from the beginning to the end. I am a first time home buyer and any issue that came up, he knew exactly what to do! He is very easy to get ahold of day or night. He is very professional and caring and helped make this a wonderful first time experience for us. If I ever need a realtor in the future, he's our man!

George has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he help us buy our new home but he also sold our old house. He was available pretty much 24/7 by text, email, phone, etc. No matter what issue came up, he knew what to do and helped us push past it. George was very thorough from day one. ecently George listed our home for sale. We were able to sell our home with his help. He handled everything. He would answer our emails, phone calls, and text at any time. From start to finish he was the one who got things done. He also helped us buy our new home. We were very happy with the outcome of our business relationship and appreciate everything George did for us.

George was very reliable &knowledgeable and always returned phone calls, he will be there from start to finish and he works very hard to make sure that you are happy. We would use George again in a heartbeat.

George is extremely professional a detail oriented. He responds quickly and answered every question we had. He did numerous things I'd have expected the sellers agent to do and never hesitated to do them in order to get everyone's questions answered.

George is an agent with integrity who is friendly and always available. This was my first home purchase, Rural Development loan, and George was always available for my questions, and took me to see all of the homes that I wished to see, and sent me recommendations as well. George makes time to work with you on your schedule without typical sales pressure tactics. I highly recommend his services to anyone interested the general area.
