We contacted him in the Spring and unfortunately we weren't able to proceed with buying a home at that time, so when we found out our rental was going on the market in August, we contacted him again and he helped us find the right home for us in a very short amount of time. He guided us through the entire process and was always quick to respond to our questions. We would absolutely recommend George to other home buyers!

Great realtor!! He knew a lot about the homes we were looking at, and he also new a lot about the areas we were looking at the houses in so he was very helpful with every thing. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. He made everything very simple. He was awesome!

Before you decided on an agent, do your homework and interview several in the area you are shopping or selling. Don't be afraid to ask for references, experience, awards won (by peers are most important), and finally ask about the agents thought process and approach to selling. In speaking with George, he answered all of my questions honestly, provided me with several references (which I did call), and most importantly was very prompt in responding to my texts and messages. He has a very professional appearance and demeanor and is the farthest thing from a 'slickster' just trying to make a sale. Prior to putting the house on the market, he walked the home and offered suggestions based on what clients were looking for. When we did place it on-line, we had a viable offer within 12 hours. Given that buying and selling a home can be a very difficult process, I found comfort in knowing that I had an ally at the table in George. I have, and will continue to recommend George Brennan to friends, family and colleagues to complete fulfill their real estate needs.

George was awesome! He went above and beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the whole home buying experience, from the beginning to the end. I am a first time home buyer and any issue that came up, he knew exactly what to do! He is very easy to get ahold of day or night. He is very professional and caring and helped make this a wonderful first time experience for us. If I ever need a realtor in the future, he's our man!

George was phenomenal and helped me look at several homes in several counties so that I could find the right one for my family. He made sure to point out things that I may have otherwise not noticed in the homes we looked at and stood by me through a difficult closing. I work long, often late, hours and he was always there with a reply any time I needed his input. He actively searched listings with me often sending me homes that had just been put on the market. My daughters and I now have the home we have been looking for. I would highly recommend him!

We looked at several houses with other realtors and then we looked at one of George's properties after that we had George show us the rest of our houses. he is very friendly, he doesn't push the houses on you, we didn't feel rushed at all while looking for houses or looking at a house. he send you the house that you may be interested in but isn't pushy. he is very acknowledge about the houses and the surrounding areas he's very truthful I would highly recommend George Brennan if you're looking to buy a house. when we go to sell our house we will definitely be going back to him.

George is the absolute best. If you're looking for a home in the Lapeer or surrounding area, it would be a mistake to not give him a call. When it comes to being knowledgeable, personable and having top notch customer service, George is second to none. He truly made our home buying experience enjoyable.

George has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he help us buy our new home but he also sold our old house.
