My husband and I bought a house for rehab and resale this past year. George advised us during the remodeling process as to what houses in the area should posess as far as amenities, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the homes in this area of Chattanooga. Upon completion of our project, George assisted us with determining a selling price that would provide us with a fair profit and also provide us with a quick sell that would give both seller and buyer a good deal. As a result, the home sold quickly. We were very pleased with the service George provided and will definitely use him as our realtor in the future.

George's knowledge of the area is unsurpassed, and guided us to an area that we described we were interested in living and suited our specific needs. Since we were moving from out of state, the timing was critical that we could coordinate our time and George's to the maximum. He also is remarkably quick to respond to any email or text that you submit. He is the first realtor [we've used] that truly wants his clients to be happy! He asks questions that are relevant to finding the house that you expect to find within the price range that you specify....George does not "push" nor does he "fast talk" you into making a hasty decision. He is a very patient man and has a background that can assist you in answering questions you may have while reviewing a home. George is the best at what he does. My husband and i were very picky buyers and took our time with looking for houses. George is an excellent agent to deal with. We blindly contacted George from Texas and told him that we needed to find a house in Chattanooga in 1 weekend! George drove my husband and his father all over town for a whole weekend and helped them find a hotel and food in addition to a new home. George was completely professional but also funny and kind.
