I am a former business owner (plumbing/Heating contractor) who enjoys working with people. My passion for Real Estate came from working with Realtors as a contractor. I have been a Realtor for 3 years now and wish I had done this job much sooner. I enjoy spending time with my clients and love the rewards that come with job. My commitment is to you, my client to give you the best advice and best deal that benefits you. I take as much continuing education as I have time for so that I am knowledgeable of all new developments in the real estate field. I have experience with single family homes, raw land and investment deals. I feel my experience as a contractor prior to Real Estate is a benefit to my clients as I am able to see issues with homes most realtors don't know about, I am not a Home Inspector but I will help point out things that I feel may be of concern to my clients best interest.
