We recently inherited a condo in Pompano Beach, Florida. Since we are retired and live in Scottsdale, Arizona, we had no need for a Florida property. After a major renovation we were ready to put the condo on the market. We had our final walk-through with our general contractor on a Tuesday morning, met with George Pojoga in the afternoon and flew home the next day.
