Georgie Smigel

Georgie was incredible. She evaluated our house, listed it for a good price, and told us what needed to be done to make the house sales ready without going overboard and requesting major overhauls. Found qualified buyers appropriate for the property and sold the house for over 95% of our asking price in 5 days. Ours was a very nice, and expensive house on 15 acres essentially in the middle of nowhere. It is a property that if she was less astute in finding the right potential buyer could have been on the market for months. She was attentive throughout and even after the closing. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation.

Georgie was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the market and the area, took time to fully evaluate my home and how to market it as well as price it, and was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Keep in mind that I am not a novice home buyer/seller...I've bought and sold 13 homes in my lifetime. So I've dealt with quite a few realtors and she is tops! I highly recommend her as both a Buyer's or Seller's Representative.

Georgie and her team were wonderful. We had a very quick, pain free closing process. We got an offer within a week and closed 30 days later. We would choose Georgie again if we were selling a home. She was fair in her market value assessment and matched our enthusiasm for getting the best possible price. Thank you Georgie!

VERY GOOD TO ME
