Georgie was incredible. She evaluated our house, listed it for a good price, and told us what needed to be done to make the house sales ready without going overboard and requesting major overhauls. Found qualified buyers appropriate for the property and sold the house for over 95% of our asking price in 5 days. Ours was a very nice, and expensive house on 15 acres essentially in the middle of nowhere. It is a property that if she was less astute in finding the right potential buyer could have been on the market for months. She was attentive throughout and even after the closing. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation.
