Over 40 years Real Estate experience as a sales associate and broker both residential and commercial, sales manager, educator and trainer, investor, recruiter, and franchisor. I was born and raised on the SW-side of Chicago and later received Bachelor and Master degrees from Purdue University & did post graduate work thru the University of California and the University of Illinois, specializing in Teaching , Coaching and Administration. I received my agent license in 1973, brokers in 1978 & have taken numerous real estate classes over the years. I have the ABR designation for specialization as a Buyer’s Agent, an SRES designation which is a Senior Real Estate Specialist, an E-Pro designation ( which is a National Association of Realtors recognition of Computer efficiency for Real Estate ) and have been certified to teach continuing education.
