If first contacted Geraldine looking for a rental unit. I did tell her that I would be interested in buying at a price I could afford. She found me just what I wanted, a condo on the ocean that I could afford. There was a lot of extra paperwork involved because of it is a co-op. She worked well with the co-op board to get me approved to purchase. She did a great job as my buyer's agent.
