Does not try to pitch just any properties he needs to sell right away. Gets a sense of how many people are buying/renting and size of family and offers properties based off what you desire. He is great reference to have. I just moved from Texas to Tennessee and needed a property right away and within 2 weeks I was settled in with no issues as far as pricing or bills or house maintenance.
